Why are we climbing?

To support women fighting ovarian cancer and to honor the women whose lives have helped us further knowledge and research against the fight

Ovarian Cancer is often referred to as the silent killer as many women diagnosed are already within the advanced stages of the disease.  Over the years, it still remains the deadliest of gynecological cancers.  HOWEVER, through continued research, awareness, education, and funds, symptoms of ovarian cancer have been identified, new clinical trials are introduced, and more women are seeking help directly from gynecology oncologists.  It is through the continued advancement in these areas that lead to earlier detection, improved quality of life, and continued hope for superior treatments.
